Upholding transparency and accountability in its fiscal operations, the Pangasinan State University convened members of the University Budget Council for the 2025 Budget Briefing.
University President Dr. Elbert M. Galas said the activity is in line with the budget readiness of PSU and also in preparation for the upcoming conduct of the Regional Budget Review and Consultation in the first Regional Development Council meeting for this year.
Agenda tackled include the expenditure management framework, 2025 agency budget levels and guidelines and the calendar of submission.
